Shipping policy
You can see the estimated arrival time and delivery details in the details of each product or when placing an order.
Products Ready to ship:
- For US customers, standard delivery time is 3-5 business days via USPS with tracking number. Urgent fast delivery requires an additional surcharge and is 2 business days via FedEx with tracking number.
- For international customers, the standard delivery time is 10-15 business days, shipped via USPS with no tracking number.
All other products:
- For US customers, standard delivery time is 7-10 business days via USPS with tracking numbers available upon request.
- For international customers, the standard delivery time is 10-15 business days, shipped via USPS with no tracking number.
If the parcel is lost by the transport company, we undertake to return the payment or send a replacement product at our expense, but not earlier than the loss of the parcel is confirmed by the transport company. Once the package has reached your postal address, with confirm of the transport company, it can no longer be considered lost. We are not responsible for theft or loss of packages after they have been delivered to the specified address.
The store is also not responsible if the buyer indicated an incorrect address and the package was disposed of by the postal service.
The store cannot guarantee the exact delivery time and is not responsible for delivery delays, as this depends on the transport company and not on the sender.
